This hotel was very close to several train and subway stations, easy to get around this city. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed that helped me wait out the typhoon winds.

Nothing not too like.

The family room was cozy and beautifully decorated. Beds were large and comfortable. The little balcony area with a small private tub was lovely. Delicious breakfast. Conveniently located a short walk from the train station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ueno and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a shopping area nearby. It was also very convenient to travel to the airport with the Skyliner station being easily accessible. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding service.

The only downside I noticed was a slight issue with the lobby, where there were some annoying bird noises coming from a motion sensor.

They provide breakfast, which is included in the room price. Lots of great restaurants and convenience stores are within a short walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good wifi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the vibrant Ueno district. The location was perfect - just a short walk from multiple train stations and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was also conveniently close to the Ameyoko markets and Ueno Park, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern furnishings and appliances. I especially loved the option of having a private outside Japanese bath in some of the rooms. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries, including bath salts, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast, which included toast or pastries, was hearty and satisfying.

I had a minor issue during my stay, but overall everything was great.

Immaculately clean hotel with a great location near the station and shops. Friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us, including providing USB adaptors. Comfortable small double bed with great pillows. Top quality facilities and a really big balcony. Excellent breakfast included, offering great value for money.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints.
